These Terms & Conditions describe the rules for using DuskyBot to buy or sell TF2 Mann Co. Supply Crate Keys with Bitcoin, Bitcoin Lightning Network, or USDT on BEP20.

1. Acceptance

By visiting the website, contacting the trading bot, or submitting a trade, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to use Steam and cryptocurrency services in your location. You are responsible for following the laws, sanctions, tax rules, and platform rules that apply to you.

3. The service

DuskyBot provides an automated marketplace and trading-bot flow for TF2 Mann Co. Supply Crate Keys. You normally do not need to create an account or complete KYC for the standard flow, but the service may request additional information or suspend a transaction when reasonably necessary for security, fraud prevention, or legal compliance.

DuskyBot is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or operated by Valve Corporation, Steam, or Team Fortress 2. Steam accounts and trade offers remain subject to Steam's own rules.

4. Trading and payment responsibilities

• You must own the keys you offer and have the right to trade them.
• You must review the receiving wallet address and network before sending funds.
• Blockchain transactions can be delayed, irreversible, or affected by network conditions.
• Quotes, stock, and availability may change before a trade is accepted.
• Do not send private keys, seed phrases, passwords, or funds to anyone claiming to need them for support.

The website may advertise zero service fees for Lightning and USDT trades. Bitcoin on-chain network fees, blockchain fees, exchange fees, wallet fees, or other third-party charges may still apply. A completed or broadcast transaction may not be reversible; contact support through Discord promptly if something appears wrong.

5. Acceptable use

You must not use DuskyBot to:

• Trade stolen, fraudulent, or unlawfully obtained items or funds.
• Attempt to manipulate prices, abuse bugs, bypass security, or interfere with availability.
• Scrape, reverse engineer, copy, or resell the service without permission.
• Use the service for money laundering, sanctions evasion, fraud, or another unlawful purpose.
• Impersonate DuskyBot, Steam, support staff, or another user.

6. Risks and no financial advice

Cryptoassets are volatile and can lose value. DuskyBot does not provide investment, financial, tax, or legal advice. You make your own decision to trade and are responsible for understanding the risks, fees, tax treatment, and legal status of the transaction in your location.

7. Availability and suspension

The service may be changed, paused, limited, or discontinued without guaranteeing uninterrupted availability. DuskyBot may delay, reject, cancel, or review a trade and may restrict access when it reasonably suspects fraud, abuse, a security issue, a platform violation, or unlawful activity.

8. Intellectual property

The DuskyBot name, design, software, text, and other original materials are owned by or licensed to DuskyBot unless stated otherwise. These Terms do not grant you ownership of them.

9. Disclaimers and limitation of liability

To the maximum extent allowed by applicable law, the service is provided on an "as available" and "as is" basis. DuskyBot does not guarantee a particular price, stock level, delivery time, uptime, blockchain confirmation time, or trading result.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, DuskyBot will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or lost-profit losses arising from your use of the service, including losses caused by incorrect wallet addresses, network failures, Steam restrictions, market movements, or third-party services. Nothing here limits liability that cannot legally be limited.

10. Changes

These Terms may be updated when the service changes. The updated version will be posted on this page with a new date. Continuing to use the service after an update means you accept the revised Terms.

11. Governing law and contact

No specific operating entity or governing-law jurisdiction is currently published on the website. This section must be completed after the operator confirms its registered entity and jurisdiction. Until then, contact DuskyBot through Discord or Telegram for service questions.
